Making A Purchase


Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payments, cheque or postal order or bankers order with orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, switch and Delta and we do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are received by us, we send you an invoice, and we receive your payment.

Shipping And Handling


We normally strive to send orders out in five days from receipt or clearance of payment, some items may be deemed special, This means that our suppliers may not carry them as a general stock item. We will always inform you by mail as to what is happening with your order, until you recieve the order. Delivery charges may vary slightly on special orders depending on the country from which the item is sourced. Overseas Customers may check with us prior to shipment of any goods. But if there is no communication we will always make delivery the most ecomnomical way, over speed. and charge accordingly. We ship world wide - Check the postal zone and cost to your country

Delivery Schedule

In the UK we strive to send your order to you within 5 working days and overseas 10 days from receipt or clearance of payment. Should you require goods urgently please contact us prior to ordering to check stock and delivery options.

Delivery Options

Postage prices quoted are for first class mail / airmail. We always obtain a proof of posting certificate that confirms the package has been posted to the address you have supplied - in the unlikely event of you not receiving your goods we can supply the certificate for your goods recovery purpose. Once we have posted your goods to the address supplied we have no contol of and therfore no liabilty for failure to deliver. Please request at the check-out if you require special postage or postal insurance which can be quoted at cost on your final invoice

Back Orders

If your items are not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . Overseas Customers may be charged duty from there respective Customs departments, we are not responsible to cover these charges and if you have any concerns, contact your local customs and excise office prior to ordering.

Credit Card Security


We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our type of shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the PAYpal secure server. Guarantee


Because the majority of our video & DVDs are rare collectors items we test and check every video, DVD, CD & Tape that we have in stock and guarantee that all products sent are in working order, In the very unlikely event that you should find the product faulty please send us an email and we will replace the product. (see returns policy)

Returns Policy


Any product that is faulty can be returned and we will send you a new identical product or if there is not one in stock we will substitute an equivalent item at our discretion. Unfortunately we cannot refund cash because of the nature of the product. But we will cover the cost of return postage. We operate a policy where the customer is given a 'think time' delay before an invoice is sent. Goods will be shipped out on receipt of payment. Should you wish to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of receipt of invoice. After that time goods will be shipped out. Under no circumstances will we accept any return of products, if that product is damaged, mis-used or the packaging is damaged and not of merchantable quality. We may charge an administration & handling fee at our discretion.

Special Orders


Items that are ordered, that are not kept in stock are deemed to be a special orders. We would have to make a specific individual request / order from our overseas suppliers. If the products that you are requesting or sourcing are deemed to be special orders Please note that under certain circumstances delivery charges incurred through special orders will be forwarded to the end purchaser- you will be informed if any special charges apply with your invoice.

Remittance Terms


We accept all major cards and we also accept personal cheque, postal order or bankers order - details will be sent with invoice. We always request payment before shipment of any goods.
